
BOOKING AGREEMENT
This Booking Agreement outlines our terms and conditions, By paying a booking fee, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Booking Fee
• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your design and appointment date.
• This fee will be deducted from the total balance of your appointment.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

2. Remaining Balance
• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
• Cash is preferred, card/ bank transfer also accepted, please note there is a £5 charge for non cash payments.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
• All booking fees and any additional payments made towards the tattoo are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or failure to attend.

4. Rescheduling
• You may reschedule your appointment once, provided a minimum of 3 days’ notice is given.
• Rescheduling will require an additional deposit, which will also be deducted from the final balance.
• Failure to provide at least 3 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

5. Design Changes
• Any changes to the original design must be approved by the artist.
• Design changes are at the discretion of the artist and should be discussed directly.

6. Lateness and No-Shows
• Please notify the studio as soon as possible if you are running late.
• If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled.

7. Incomplete Sessions (“Tap Outs”)
• If you are unable to complete the tattoo during the agreed appointment/s and require an additional appointment, an additional booking fee will be required to secure another date to finish.

8. Cancellations
• If you choose to cancel your appointment, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable/transferable.
• In the event that your artist needs to cancel your appointment, you will be given as much notice as possible. While we make every effort to avoid last-minute cancellations, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise due to the nature of self-employment. Where possible, we will offer the earliest available alternative date, or, with your consent, arrange for another qualified artist to complete your tattoo on the originally scheduled date.

9. Appointment Refusals
• If you arrive and the artist is unable to proceed due to factors outside of their control (e.g., being under the influence, skin injury, ie-sunburn, or undisclosed allergies), the appointment will be cancelled and any payments made will be forfeited.

10. Studio Policy on Guests
• Due to limited space and in consideration of others, we kindly request that when possible you attend your appointment alone.
• While we try to accommodate guests, it may not be possible during busy periods.
By paying your booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
